This website
This page uses no cookies or analytics. The server records each visit without your IP: date, page, referring website and browser. It is used only to know where visits come from.
Network
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data, such as your IP, to provide that service.
The app
The app stores your account, the documents you upload and the expenses and transactions taken from them. It uses a technical cookie to keep you signed in.
AI providers
To read your documents, their content is sent to the AI provider the service uses, or to your own if you have connected one.
How long it is kept
Original receipts are deleted after 90 days. Statements, once validated, or after 90 days if they never are. Extracted data stays in your account until you delete it. Backups may keep it until they expire.
Your data, your choice
You can delete your account from Settings. For any other request about your data, talk to the person who invited you.
